South Granville Establishments Invite Revelers to Turn the Calendar with Celebratory Dining Experiences Featuring Multi-Course Farm-to-Table Menus, Wine Pairings

 

Acclaimed locavore chef David Gunawan and his team at Farmer’s Apprentice and sister wine bar Grapes & Soda are ushering in the new year in inimitable farm-to-table fashion by hosting exclusive dinner services at both South Granville restaurants on Sunday, December 31.

Both restaurants will offer a menu of seasonally inspired, artisanal fare sourced from local farms, pastures and providers, with vegetarian menus and optional wine pairings selected by Wine Director Kieran Fanning.

FARMER’S APPRENTICE
For its New Year’s Eve service, Farmer’s Apprentice will host two seatings — starting at 6 p.m.and 8:30 p.m. — that feature a five-course menu for $80 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity ($138 with wine pairings) during the early seating or a seven-course menu during the later seating for $110 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity ($182 with wine pairings).

That same night, Grapes & Soda — the sister wine bar to Farmer’s Apprentice, where seasonally inspired tapas-style dishes are paired with an ever-changing list of natural, organic and biodynamic wines — will welcome guests to a multi-course New Year’s Eve celebration with seatings taking place at 6 and 6:30 p.m. and 8:15 and 8:30 p.m. for $75 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Accompanying wine pairings are available for an additional $45.
