Toast to the Royal Wedding (and baby) with these curated cocktails from The Victor

Coupled with exciting news from the Royals last week – the arrival of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child, Louis Arthur Charles – the highly anticipated Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Megan Markle is fast approaching on May 19th. In honour of these special occasions, Parq Vancouver’s The Victor has dreamed up three incredibly creative cocktails to celebrate.


The Victor’s in-house lead bartender, Brice Peressini, invites guests to toast the happy couple (and baby) with the following glamorous concoctions, served throughout the month of May. Gather your girlfriends, throw on a fascinator (a must at British weddings) and come prepared to feel royal at first sip!




  • .75 oz Empress Gin
  • .25 oz Creme de Violette
  • .5 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Summerhill Winery Cipes Brut
  • Lemon twist garnish

  • 1 oz Espresso Vodka
  • .5 oz Kahlua
  • .5 oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 3 Dashes Chocolate bitters
