Thanksgiving is a time to gather together and celebrate blessings with family and friends. Whether the group is big or small, enjoying a celebratory dinner without having to do the preparation, cooking, and cleaning is always a reason to give extra thanks. This year, Dockside Restaurant is making those wishes come true by serving traditional Thanksgiving dinner all weekend long.
From Saturday, October 6th to Monday, October 8th, Executive Chef Mark Crofton and the Dockside culinary team will prepare fresh local turkeys and match them with creatively-prepared seasonal sides for a Thanksgiving feast that lingers long in the memory. Three days of turkey add extra flexibility in planning the weekend’s get-together.
Thanksgiving dinner includes Rossdown Farms Turkey, Roasted Vegetables, Warm Brussel sprout & Lardon salad, Garlic Smashed potatoes, lemon sage stuffing, rich turkey gravy and house made cranberry sauce. For the seasonal sweet tooth, a Pumpkin Cheesecake will be available to complete the feast.
