We have a special brunch coming up at H2 Rotisserie & Bar on December 2 — a collaboration with Walter Craft Caesar, the Vancouver-based producer of Canada’s only all-natural, small-batch (and Ocean Wise-recommended) Caesar mix. The Best & the Brunchiest is a long-table brunch that will pair six courses (created by H2 chef Caitlin Mark) with six cocktails featuring Walter Classic Spice Caesar mix.
