When you want a wine you know will always hit the mark you must think of Black Sage. So many wonderful, deep, dark, delicious red wines from Black Sage. 2015 Cabernet Franc

 

This 100% Cabernet Franc opens with aromas of red cherry, green leafy notes, dried tea leaves and vanilla. Flavours of strawberry and red cherry burst on the palate, and are layered with earthy notes and vanilla undertones.  The tannins are firm yet approachable, with a medium finish that lingers.

Our Cabernet Franc pairs well with herb encrusted roasted pork with fingerling potatoes, BBQ steak, short ribs, pasta with tomato sauce, and charcuterie with gouda, gorgonzola or blue cheese.
