The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar Announces New Year’s Eve Celebrations

Award-Winning Downtown Restaurant Rings in the New Year with Two Multi-Course Dinner Seatings Featuring Complimentary Welcome Cocktail, Optional Wine Pairings

The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar will help kick off the countdown to 2019 by hosting two exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner services prepared by Executive Chef Jeff Park at the award-winning Squamish restaurant on Monday, December 31.

The Salted Vine’s New Year’s Eve celebrations begin with a first seating at 5 p.m. that includes a four-course plated dinner for $79 per person plus tax and gratuity and a second, five-course dinner service for $99 per person plus tax and gratuity beginning at 8 p.m.

Both services — which offer highlights such as Dungeness crab soufflé, arctic char and Yarrow Meadows duck breast — also include a ‘Dreamcatcher’ welcome cocktail that mingles Moscata di Asti, Campari and fresh grapefruit juice to kick off the festivities. Wine pairings selected by sommelier and co-owner Pat Allan are also available for an additional $47 per person during the first service and $55 per person during the second.
