Sweet on Squamish: The Salted Vine Kichen + Bar hosts Special Valentine’s Day Couples’ Dinner on February 14
Award-Winning Restaurant Helps Guests Paint the Town Red with One-Night-Only, Multi-Course Celebration For Two Featuring A-La-Carte Choices, Optional Wine Pairings
Love is in the air along the Sea-to-Sky this February as The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar Executive Chef/Owner Jeff Park and staff host a very special Valentine’s Day dinner service for couples on Thursday, February 14.
With reservations available for the perennially sold-out affair from 5 to 9 p.m., the Salted Vine Valentine’s Day menu is available for $95 per couple and features such locally sourced, Pacific Northwest-inspired fare as prawn salad, foie gras parfait, veal osso buco and chocolate tart with espresso Chantilly.
Optional wine pairings to accompany the meal selected by Sommelier/Co-Owner Pat Allan are also on offer for $39 per person, and all Valentine’s Day dinner features will be available à-la-carte throughout the service in addition to The Salted Vine’s regular menu.
