Love is in the air at Burdock & Co. The Main Street eatery invites lovers young and old – as well as family and friends – to cozy up over a multi-course farm-to-table Valentine’s Day feast.
Burdock & Co’s kitchen team is helmed by Chef Andrea Carlson, recognized as the “Local Champion” in the 2018 B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame, who has perfected a Valentine’s Day menu that incorporates farm-fresh vegetables, ethically-raised meats and sustainable seafood sourced from nearby producers.
On Thursday, February 14, the restaurant will host two seatings — one at 5:30/6pm, and the other at 8/8:30pm — each featuring a parade of dishes designed to excite taste buds and encourage lingering conversation. Sommelier Claire Saksun has also curated match-made-in-heaven wine pairings showcasing the restaurant’s impressive completely naturalist wine list (available at an additional cost).
Guests who are tied up on Valentine’s Day will find equally sultry fare at Burdock & Co during regular weekend brunch and dinner service. Whatever the date, the award-winning eatery’s intimate surroundings and effortless charm promise a memorable evening.
