Coal Harbour’s newest waterfront restaurant, Verre’s first Valentine’s Day five-course set menu, created by chef / owner Liam Breen, offers classical French flavours with a Mediterranean touch including an amuse bouche Truffled Duck Rillette followed by an entrée of Seared Scallop and Pork Cheek, pâtes Duck Ravioli, plat principaux choice of Black Cod or Tournedoa Rossini and Chocolate & Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée for dessert. $75 per person with wine pairings available for an additional $85 per couple.
