Chaberton Estate Winery is a 55 acre estate open since 1991, the oldest and largest operating vienyard in the Fraser Valley. the vineyard currently consists of the following vitis vinifera grapes: Bacchus, Siegerrebe Madeleine Sylvaner, Madeleine Angevine, Reichensteiner, Ortega and Gamay Noir.

Only 100% handpicked estate grown Bacchus grapes were used in the making of our Dry Bacchus. With notes of apricot, peach and pear, this small batch wine sparkles with a lively acidity and lemon zest notes.
As with all our wines, our Estate Grown Dry Bacchus is the product of our labour and our pride in providing a wonderful wine grown from exquisite grapes.
Pairs extremely well with creamy chèvre, seafood, grilled salmon and spring vegetables. Try a creamy risotto dish with asparagus, peas and mushrooms.

As we look at slowly opening up our business to a normal capacity there will be some changes in operation procedures going forward to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. The wine shop hours have changed back to our usual hours of;
Monday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Our picnic area area has reopened as of May 23, 2020 for guest use with a few rules to ensure safety in place. At this time our tastings remain closed, with the opportunity to reintroduce them in the future, on a reservation basis.
The Bacchus Bistro has reopened with a health and safety plan in place as of June 3, 2020. The hours of operation are the same as before;

Wednesday – Sunday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Dinner
Thursday – Saturday: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
