Welcoming back again this year, TIME Winery. Sharing some wonderful holiday wines for your entertaining “bubble” of family or friends. An unusual year but a year to celebrate as it comes to its conclusion #PartyLikeIts2020 with this trio of wines.
2018 Riesling
This food-friendly Riesling offers deliciously mineral aromas of lime, lemon zest and stone fruit, which are echoed on the palate. Fresh, crisp acidity is perfectly balanced with natural residual sugar.
2018 Viognier
The nose offers complex aromas of pineapple, orange, apricot, citrus and floral notes. Tropical flavours continue through the lush and round palate, balanced by a kiss of sweet coconut from oak barrels, leading to a long finish.

2017 Fourth Dimension
Albert Einstein famously characterised “time” as the fourth dimension. In tribute to this is a blend of four varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with appealing notes of cherry, raspberry, red fruit, black pepper and delicate spice notes. Soft and smooth with great balance, this boldly flavoured and juicy blend is a crowd pleaser, ready to enjoy with friends and family… anyTIME.
