Winemaker Notes
We have been building the base wine for this mysterious Frizzante-style bubbly for three years. All varietals in each vintage were fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the wine.

Tasting Notes
Crisp and dry, our Secret Society Frizzante is the perfect everyday bubbly! A mysterious blend of 5 aromatic white grapes, it’s bursting with floral notes and aromas of orchard fruits. Lively and refreshing on the palate with flavours of green apple, peach, lime zest and pink grapefruit.

Food Pairings
This wine is perfect when paired with good food and great friends! Sparkling wines are one of the most versatile wines to pair with food, as they go with almost anything! Salty snacks like popcorn and chips; canapes and charcuterie boards; fresh salads…the list goes on!
