Begin the countdown — an extended season of private dining within the warmth of H Tasting Lounge’s translucent, Alpine-inspired domes is on the horizon. If you were waitlisted or missed out on securing a reservation last year for Vancouver’s popular dome dining experience, this is your chance.
All five of our spacious 8’-by-8’ domes come together with panoramic glass panelling and an intricately designed wooden framework. Peering inside you’ll find lush sheepskin throws, pillows and woodland-inspired décor that complete the domes’ Nordic charm. These cozy, winterized domes are well-equipped for cold nights, with heaters, ventilation for fresh air circulation, and independent sound systems. Sliding glass doors and a crescent-shaped sitting area provide a comfortable atmosphere for a maximum of 6 guests.

Celebrate Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s 20th anniversary with a set menu designed to impress for this milestone. Discover the hidden gem of this year’s lineup at H Tasting Lounge, a three-course menu available for lunch that begins with a Tuscan Greens Salad or Celeriac and Potato Soup and offers a variety of entrées including Korean BBQ Short Rib, Seared Salmon or Arugula Pesto Cream Linguine. Any room left for dessert belongs to a gluten free brownie with vanilla gelato and salted caramel sauce or a vanilla bean crème brûlée. $35 per person, with a maximum of 6 guests per table.

In the spirit of new beginnings, join us in H Tasting Lounge each weekend beginning January 8, and enjoy the new Winter Afternoon Tea menu brimming with exquisite pastries and aromatic teas. Sweet and savoury bites, including Salmon Gravlax Blinis, Wild Mushroom and Walnut Pâtés, Mexican Chocolate Panna Cottas and more, are arranged on a striking golden Ferris wheel; while a cotton candy Bonsai tree provides a picturesque and satiating end. $55 per person.
