3 x Cab Franc Rosé 2021
3 x Sauvignon Blanc 2021

New Releases

2021 Cab Franc Rosé: The Rosé is made from Cabernet Franc grapes in a Saignée method. It has aromas of lilies, jasmine, cherries, apricots and raspberries. It is made slightly off dry, with a nice clean citrus finish with subtle lingering flavours of strawberry, pear and hints of grapefruit and passionfruit.

2021 Sauvignon Blanc: This carefully crafted Sauvignon Blanc was created from fruit harvested from our Mirror Lake Vineyard. The fruit was harvested over 3 different picks, to capture the full range of ripe expression and aromas. Aromas of fresh thyme, chives and lime peel, segue to lemon curd, poached pear and flint. The finish is long with an overall umami from lees stirring while aging in stainless. Fantastic with in-season halibut, fresh asparagus, roast chicken and fresh grilled vegetables.
