On a recent tour of Sixty Forty with award winning chef Paul Moran I was captivated by everything all at once. The 40 acre organic farm, the equestrian stables, the vineyard and the exquisite venue which includes two dining spaces and a large outdoor deck with views of the farm and vineyard.
