Sipping Around BC: Vancouver Island & Gulf Islands Winemakers’ Dinner
On Thursday, October 23, L’Abattoir, in partnership with S.Pellegrino, concludes its Sipping Around BC regional winemakers’ dinner series for 2025 with an evening showcasing wines from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands: Averill Creek Vineyard and Unsworth Vineyards, both from Vancouver Island, and Kutatás Wines from Salt Spring Island.
Winemakers and winery principals will guide guests through an evening of expertly paired wines presented by L’Abattoir’s Head Sommelier, Andrew Forsyth, complemented by a five-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Jasper Cruickshank.
