Fall Flavours and Spa Specials at Naturally Pacific Resort, Campbell River
Plan a getaway to the sheltered east coast of Vancouver Island
Embrace the cooler, quieter months of fall with a getaway to Naturally Pacific Resort, Vancouver Island’s newest destination resort.
Campbell River is home to stunning scenery, which only improves as the leaves change from emerald green to crimson, and every colour in-between. Hike through ancient temperate rainforest along trails that hug the mighty Campbell River. See black bears fattening up on salmon, as they get ready for hibernation. Hike the Ripple Rock trail for unmatched views of the islands and turbulent waters of the Discovery Passage, and return rosy-cheeked to the stylish surrounds of Naturally Pacific Resort for rest and relaxation.
Located off the hotel lobby, Immersion Spa & Wellness has introduced fall specials, which highlight some of their most popular treatments at promotional rates. Bring friends and enjoy a Forest Therapy Pedicure ($89) or an Aromatherapy Manicure ($89), or bring the youngest member of your family to enjoy the new Little One & Loved One package ($170), a very special pampering experience, including a Stimulating Pedicure for the adult and a Custom Express Pedicure and Manicure for a guest 12 and under, and a complimentary polish to take home.
Experience the Elemental Grounding Ritual ($99), a mineral-infused therapeutic massage featuring a unique blend of mineral salts and ginger, coriander essential oils to melt away stress and relieve sore muscles, or a tailored, Brightening Facial ($129) with a powerful blend of skin-illuminating botanicals and Acti-5 Brightening Complex along with a multi-acid peel and a unique cooling mask with luminous rice.
Chef Ryan Watson and his team at Carve Kitchen & Meatery have created new fall lunch and dinner menus, bursting full of seasonal flavours and produce. To start, enjoy Beer-steamed Mussels with Driftwood Pale Ale, bacon, leeks and charred sourdough ($24) or Grilled Octopus with chorizo, romesco sauce, couscous and charred lemon ($23) before tucking into Lion’s Mane Mushroom, celeriac puree, leeks, caramelized onions, fried enoki and red wine mushroom jus ($32).
The new lunch menu features Seafood Chowder ($14) and Halibut Fish & Chips (1pc $28 / 2 pc $35), and brand new Happy Hour includes B.C wines by the glass ($12), OMG Rings ($19) and Fresh Shucked Local Oysters ($2.50 each), available daily from 2-5pm and 9pm-close.
Head over to Velocity Lounge to experience Toptracer technology in the indoor virtual golf driving range. Whether you choose to play St Andrews Old Course or Angry Birds, enjoy cocktails and a casual menu in a private bay, while enjoying an engaging evening with friends.
