COPPERPENNY DISTILLERY

Copperpenny Distillery is celebrating the holidays with its limited-edition Figgy Puddin’ liqueur, a rich seasonal spirit crafted with preserved stone fruits and warm holiday spices. Smooth and cozy, it’s perfect for festive sipping or gifting, available in both a smaller size for stocking stuffers and a full-sized bottle to enjoy at home.

At Copperpenny’s tasting room, guests can explore a menu of festive holiday cocktails, including the Holly Ball (Just-a-Sec, Amaro Chiaro, cranberry, grenadine, lemon), Copper Snowflake (Gin 005, Figgy Puddin, eggnog), Cherry Embers (Ember Gin, Figgy Puddin, falernum, grenadine, lemon, egg white, cherry), and Penny Cider (Figgy Puddin, Just-a-Sec, hot apple cider). Chef Michael is also featuring a holiday cheese pairing, the Figgy de Bourgogne, highlighting his favourite triple cream cheese, Délice de Bourgogne, with Figgy Puddin liqueur, served alongside grilled focaccia—a perfect indulgence for the season.

ALOUETTE BISTRO

The Parisian-inspired bistro in Downtown Vancouver, will be open for brunch and dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, offering a warm and festive setting for holiday gatherings. Throughout the season, guests can also unwind with Alouette’s late-night happy hour, available nightly from 9 p.m. to close, featuring $12 bites such as baked brie, shrimp cocktail, and escargot, plus a full selection of wines, spritzes, martinis, and seasonal cocktails.

LOAM BISTRO

Throughout the holiday season, guests can also enjoy Loam’s new morning Happier Hour Menu available for dine-in guests on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m. that features Loam classics such as Guacamole & Egg Sandwiches or Poached Egg, Mushroom & Arugula on Sourdough for $8 each; Two-Way Eggs on Brioche or Ricotta, Hot Honey & Prosciutto on Sourdough for $9 each, Sausage & Fried Egg over Herbed Yogurt & Arugula for $11 and $2 off signature Loam beverages.

FANNY BAY OYSTER BAR AND MARKET


Customers can start placing orders online 30 days in advance, making it easy to plan for Christmas. Fanny Bay is offering special holiday collaborations, including a bottle of Joie Sparkling Rosé (Plein de Vie) with oyster orders, complete with a recipe card to make a mignonette, as well as a baked/grilled oyster kit featuring a dozen medium oysters and a jar of Holy Duck Chili Oil (Original or Extra Ducking Spicy) for $41.14 after tax.

For the holidays, Fanny Bay’s market will be open on December 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pick-ups and closed on Christmas Day. They are also offering fresh lobster, sourced from Nova Scotia. Lobsters are available live or cooked to go from the retail market, or by the pound on the oyster bar’s fresh sheet. Each week, ‘Chix’ size lobsters (1–1.25 lb) are available, with live lobsters at $28/lb and cooked lobsters at $32/lb, served with Fanny Bay’s signature everything butter.

TEAHOUSE IN STANLEY PARK

On Wednesday, Dec. 24th, The Teahouse will offer a Christmas Eve menu that features a choice of Appetizer (Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup, Teahouse Stuffed Mushrooms or Harvest Salad), Entrée (Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey, Seafood Dup or Truffle Ravioli) and Dessert (Apple Crumble Cheesecake, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Milano Cake) for $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.

The Teahouse Christmas Day menu on Thurs., Dec. 25th is available for $109 per person plus tax and gratuity and features an Amuse Bouche (Crab Quiche with tarragon lemon aioli) followed by a choice of Appetizer (Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup, Teahouse Stuffed Mushrooms, Pepper Crusted Beef Carpaccio or Harvest Salad), a Palate Cleanser (Compressed Watermelon with feta and balsamic glaze), Entrée (Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey, Seafood Duo of Grilled Salmon and Garlic Prawns, Crab-Crusted Ling Cod or Truffle Ravioli) and Dessert (Apple Crumble Cheesecake, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Milano Cake).

SEASONS IN THE PARK

Seasons in the Park will showcase a special Christmas Eve menu on Wednesday, Dec. 24th that features a choice of Starter (Butternut Squash Soup, Harvest Salad or Seasons Mushrooms), Entrée (Oven-Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib, Summit Seafood Duo of Grilled Steelhead Salmon and Lobster & Crab Cake or Wild Mushroom Ravioli) and Dessert (Pumpkin Bread Pudding or Chocolate Truffle Cake) for $75 per person plus tax and gratuity.

On Christmas Day, Thurs., Dec. 25th, guests can mark the occasion with a menu that showcases an Amuse Bouche (Seared Scallop with Saffron Cream Sauce), a choice of Starter (Butternut Squash Soup, Harvest Salad, Seasons Mushrooms or Beef Carpaccio), Palate Cleanser (Raspberry Sorbet), Entrée (Oven Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib, Seafood Trio of Ponzu-Marinated Sablefish, Garlic Prawns & Dungeness Crab Arancini or Wild Mushroom Ravioli) and Dessert (Pumpkin Bread Pudding or Chocolate Truffle Cake) for $109 per person plus tax and gratuity.

CARDERO’S AND THE SANDBAR

In addition to à-la-carte menus available Christmas Eve Wednesday, Dec. 24th, Cardero’s and the Sandbar will showcase a special Roast Turkey Dinner (roasted light and dark meat, buttery mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, autumn vegetables, turkey gravy, traditional cranberry orange sauce) for $39 per person plus tax and gratuity.

LOULA’S

Loula’s Taverna & Bar is ringing in the New Year Greek-style with “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again”, a festive evening full of music, celebration, and traditional fun. Guests are welcomed with a blue carpet entrance and cocktail, followed by an ABBA sing-along, plate smashing, champagne, and caviar. The night also features a back room pop-up with two amazing DJs keeping the energy going all night. Reservations are available for tables with dinner ($120 per person, min. 6 guests) or standing room ($40 per person). Dress code is all white, and the celebration kicks off Wednesday, December 31st at 8:00 p.m., running until the party decides to end!

CLAUDIO’S

Claudio’s in Burnaby is fully decked out for the season, offering a cozy winter wonderland atmosphere perfect for the holidays. Guests can sip on festive cocktails like the Merry Negroni, Egg Nog-tini, Cinnamon Vanilla White Russian, and Holiday Sour, while enjoying house-made pasta, freshly prepared and perfect for holiday gatherings.
