Hendrick’s Gin is made with a number of unusual twists to deliver a most curious arrangement. Unlike ordinary gins, Hendrick’s Gin is distilled in Scotland, in miniscule batches of only 500 litres at a time. Only Hendrick’s Gin is made with infusions of cucumber and rose petals, alongside a blend of 11 botanicals, producing a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma. Hendrick’s Gin is made in a combination of a Carter-Head and Bennet copper pot still, creating a divinely smooth gin with both character and balance of subtle flavours.

VERY MERRY VODKA
REYKA VODKA, 750ml
Reyka Vodka is the first and only spirit to be distilled in Iceland, made from some of the purest water in the world, coming from an arctic spring that runs through a 4,000-year-old lava field. Known as the first “green” vodka, it is made from glacial water and is distilled using sustainable energy from geothermal heat from underground volcanoes.
Reyka is distilled in small batches in one of the few carter-head stills in the world, gaining its unparalleled smoothness from its high copper level.

To extract all the nuances of the precious agave flavor, Milagro is made using traditional, hand-built, brick ovens to slow roast his agave piñas for a full 36 hours.
Unlike most tequilas that are distilled using one kind of still, Milagro uses two completely different types of stills: a pot still to retain the vibrant, mouth-watering flavors of agave and a column still to impart an absolutely exquisite smoothness that compares to the finest white spirits in the world.

Triple distilled and patiently aged in two different cask and this original blended Irish whiskey is known for its smooth and gentle complexity.
The floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is complemented by the malt and the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish are imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used.

2018 marks the 25th anniversary of The Balvenie DoubleWood, aged 12 years.
DoubleWood 12 is made using a process known as ‘wood finishing’, gaining its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types, each lending different qualities to the resulting single malt whisky.
The DoubleWood 12 has notes of sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry, layered with honey and vanilla and beautifully combines flavours of nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness smooth and mellow and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

THE BALVENIE CARIBBEAN CASK 14 YEAR OLD, 750ml
Finishing in ex-rum casks for added character and smoothness; the dram pours a shimmering amber colour and offers intense aromas of burnt sugar, oatmeal, brown butter, apricot and citrus. The palate is rich and creamy with flavours of tropical fruit, cinnamon, dried fruit and citrus followed by an enduring fruity, finish.
