California’s Rodney Strong Vineyards – Dinner at Brix

 

Brix Restaurant & Wine Bar will showcase Rodney Strong Vineyards  pairing an unforgettable four-course dinner plus reception. A main course featuring three of Rodney Strong’s Sonoma County region award winning single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons.

Recently named American Winery of the Year by the Wine Enthusiast, Rodney Strong is celebrating 25 year of family ownership.  Winemaker Rick Sayre will be on hand to speak about the wines.

Seared Qualicum Bay scallops, avocado crème fraiche, mango pomegranate salsa

Second Course:

 

Herb crusted sous vide pork tenderloin, black pepper house made bacon, 

eggplant caviar, pistachio gremolata

Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2011

 

Third Course:

 

Grilled venison striploin, wild mushroom pommes anna, cassis-cabernet demi-glace,

charred brocollini
