Straw coloured with medium-light intensity.  The nose shows aromas of apple, white peach and wild flowers along with well-integrated oak.  Well balanced with good body.  Apple, butter and toast on the palate with a medium-long finish.  A good match for scallop and prawn linguini or Brie and a baguette.

McWatters Collection

Penticton, BC

$25.00

Golden straw in colour with medium intensity.  Butter, honey, melon and lemon aromas on the nose.  Well balanced.  Flavours of melon, honey and buttered toast on the palate with a medium-long finish.  Upon opening, this was a butter bomb, both on the nose and the palate.  With time, it showed more complexity.
