WARM UP WITH CHEF WEIMAR’S WEST COAST SEAFOOD PAELLA 

 

On Sundays November 20 and 27, a limited number of guests will be able to book a seat for our latest Sunday Series event. The YEW culinary team is excited to showcase Chef Weimar’s take on a classic – Paella. Don’t miss your chance to book a seat at our communal table centered around a West Coast inspired Black Rice Seafood Paella bursting with local fish and shellfish. Guests will whet their appetite with a glass of bubbles before enjoying a three course feast including a Root Salad, Black Seafood Paella featuring Selva Prawns, Lobster, Mussels and Clams and Crème Catalan for dessert.
