FORTUNE FAVOURS THE BOLD: HERITAGE ASIAN EATERY RINGS IN YEAR OF THE ROOSTER WITH WEEKLONG CELEBRATION

Restaurant’s ‘Five Days of Fortune’ Promotion Leads up to Exclusive 10-Course Communal Dinner on Jan. 28 as Part of 2017 Dine Out Vancouver Festival

Heritage Asian Eatery Chef/Owner Felix Zhou is set to pay homage to his Asian roots and usher in the Year of the Rooster in true Far East-style by hosting ‘Five Days of Fortune’ leading up to an exclusive Lunar New Year feast as part of the 2017 Dine Out Vancouver Festival.

From Monday, Jan. 23 to Friday, Jan. 27, the restaurant will wish guests a happy Lunar New Year during a special ‘Five Days of Fortune’ promotion that will see each visitor receive a fortune cookie featuring a custom, tongue-in-cheek message from the Heritage team, as well as a chance to win prizes redeemable during future visits to the restaurant.

On Saturday, Jan. 28 at 6:30 p.m., the weeklong celebration culminates in a Lunar New Year feast that offers up a delectable menu inspired by the themes of longevity, fortune and health. Guests will gather together in Heritage’s dining room to mark the Year of the Rooster with a 10-course family-style feast for $65 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity) that includes a lucky red ‘hongbao’ gift envelope for each attendee.

“Lunar New Year is the perfect opportunity to honour my own heritage while also showcasing our unique approach to classic Asian comfort food in a fun, communal environment,” says Zhou.
