Cook your catch with Wolf in the Fog and Tofino 1st Class Fishing

Experience the ultimate fish and dine adventure

Experience a unique West Coast culinary adventure with Wolf in the Fog and Tofino 1st Class Fishing’s exciting new Fish & Dine package.

“We’re so excited to be able to offer guests such an authentic West Coast experience”, says Jorge Bandarian, General Manager at Wolf in the Fog. “Nothing compares to the flavours of a meal you caught yourself just a few hours earlier. It just doesn’t get any fresher than that.”

Joel Nikiforuk, co-founder of Tofino 1st Class Fishing and previous Wolf Pack member, first welcomes guests on a half-day, one-day, two-day or three-day fishing trip for up to six people (rates vary with group size). After this nautical adventure, guests enjoy an exclusive four ($80pp), five ($100) or six-course ($120) dinner prepared with their own catch of the day by Chef Nick Nutting and his team at Wolf in the Fog. Dinner includes two to four appetizers, one main course and a dessert selected from the evening’s pastry specials. Wine and cocktail pairings of five ($70pp), six ($80) or seven ($90) beverages are also available.

Born and raised in Tofino, Joel Nikiforuk’s extensive knowledge of marine biology and his passion for the local wilderness means that he knows the Clayoquot Sound like the back of his hand – especially the best fishing spots. He is also no stranger to the culinary arts, having helped open Wolf in the Fog back in 2014, and Nikiforuk continues to share this passion for Tofino’s lush bounty and West Coast cuisine.
