Come and join Master Chefs from Italy with their expertise and craft, weaving together cultural, history, tradition, and of course… FOOD!
Within the project “Extraordinary Italian Taste” the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Assocamerestero and in partnership with the Consulate General of Italy, the Vancouver Community College – VCC and Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani – APCI Canada, is developing a course focused on Italian cuisine, whose main goal is to promote the authentic Italian DOP and IGP products.
In each workshop the participants will:
- Experience, first hand, the preparation of fine Italian cuisine
- Prepare and sample delicacies from various regions of Italy
- Learn how to recognize and use authentic Italian DOP and IGP products
- Learn about typical dishes from various regions of Italy
- Receive a Certificate of Completion
