The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar will help guests raise a glass and make a toast to their true love this Valentine’s Day by hosting a special, one-night-only dinner service guaranteed to set the mood on Wednesday, February 14.
Prepared by Chef/Owner Jeff Park, the four-course feast is available for $95 per couple plus tax and gratuity, with optional wine pairings selected by Sommelier/Co-Owner Pat Allan for an additional $39 per person.

In addition to Allan’s eclectic list of wines hailing primarily from BC’s Okanagan region, Bar Manager Dave Warren will also shake up a sultry Rose Petal Sour especially for the occasion that mingles mezcal, lemon juice, egg white, rose water and handmade cranberry syrup and chili tincture for a pink-hued love potion that is as spicy-sweet as it is sour.
