Multi-Course Prix Fixe Menu Showcases Sprightly Spring Flavours

The long-awaited arrival of spring has inspired West Restaurant + Bar’s Executive Chef Bobby Milheron and Pastry Chef Maxime Sander to create a seasonal prix fixe menu – from shoots to sorbet!

For the entire month of May, from Sundays through Thursdays, West Restaurant offers a $39 seasonal prix fixe dinner menu that celebrates spring over three delightful courses.

Choose from highlights such as:

FIRST COURSE

SAWMILL BAY OYSTERS
horseradish creme fraiche, sorrel

CHILLED SPRING PEA VELOUTE
lightly smoked coho salmon, ikura

ASPARAGUS SALAD
wild garlic, focaccia, grana padano, white balsamic
burrata cheese from puglia, italy   ($6 supplement) 

MAIN COURSE

BIODYNAMIC RISOTTO
porcini mushroom puree, fava beans, peppercress

WILD SALMON
potato gnocchi, kale, preserved lemon

GRILLED AAA BEEF FLAT IRON
roasted spring onion, sunchokes, sunflower, peppercorn jus
5oz AAA beef tenderloin   ($6 supplement) 

DESSERT

MASCARPONE BAVAROIS
hibiscus poached rhubarb, rhubarb sorbet
