H Tasting Lounge, the Westin Bayshore’s sophisticated lobby-level dining destination, presents a special dinner, Santé à La Famille, featuring wines from BC’s Mission Hill Family Estate, on Thursday, October 4, from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
This is the latest offering in H Tasting Lounge’s Chef’s Tasting Series. Executive Chef Alex Mok and his talented culinary team will be presenting six, French-inspired courses, paired with some of Mission Hill’s very best wines, such as the 2014 Oculus, an exceptional Bordeaux-style wine.
During the dinner, Graham Nordin, Director of Wine Experience at Mission Hill Family Estate, will share the story behind the world-renowned Okanagan winery and its distinctive wines.
