Chef Bongo and Serendipity Winery are teaming up to deliver an exciting food and wine pairing experience.
Chef Victoire Bongo, author, president of Bongo Brands Limited and multi-award winning chef is excited to announce the opening of his second seasonal ‘pop-up’ restuarant, Bongo Bistro located on Serendipity Winery in Naramata, BC.
It is here amongst the vines that Chef Bongo and his team will be creating gastronomic dishes in his signature global fusion style. working with winemaker and owner of Serendipity Winery, Judy Kingston to deliver guests an adventure in food and wine. Chef Bongo will be delving deep into his African roots and his French training to deliver his unique take on global fusion bistro cuisine. His bistro dishes are bold, layered with flavours and rich in colour. Chef and his team deliver the best of local and exotic spices, unexpected cultural influences prepared with classic French techniques.

Lunch service 11:30 am to 3:30 pm
Dinner service 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm
