Get your holiday shopping done in style on Sunday, December 1st during the Sip into the Seasonevent along the Westside Wine Trail. Now in its 8th year, the event gives guests the chance to shop from more than 50 artisan crafters and producers, all while enjoying feature wines and ciders at our 15 member tasting rooms.
This complimentary, open-house style event features many returning local vendors including Okanagan Lavender Farm, Karat Chocolates, Teri Paul, State of Flux Stained Glass, West Coast Stoneworks, Copper Valley Woodcrafts, Larrry Dekesen Wine Barrel Décor, Left Coast Wood Company, Elaine Hughes Pottery, ZenWand Bracelets, New Tew Yew Clothing, KC Creations Handcrafted Soaps & Candles, Ken’s Krafty Woodworking and Al Baumle Birdhouses. Also, for the first time ever in West Kelowna, Craft Culture will be hosting a holiday market at Grizzli Winery featuring more than 30 additional vendors including Salt + Sage, Okanagan Candle Co and Pilgrim Coffee Roaster.
“A fun and festive way to shop local, Sip into the Season is one of the most popular events along the Westside Wine Trail,” remarks Association Representative Lindsay Kelm. “Our members continue to raise the bar with their offerings and with two new members this year, including our first cidery, 2019 will be our biggest Sip event to-date.”
For guests looking to make a weekend out of it, The Cove Lakeside Resort, A View to Remember B&B and Casa Loma Lakeshore Resort are located minutes from our member wineries and offer exceptional views and experiences. The Cove is offering a series of specials that are perfect for both the Sip weekend, and throughout the winter season. The Cozy Up and Bed & Breakfast packages are ideal for those wishing to stay just 1-night and the Do Not Disturb or Sunday Funday packages are great for those wishing to stay for a 2-night minimum.
To make the most of your Sip experience, Distinctly Kelowna, Roots & Vines Tour co. and Uncorked Okanagan provide exceptional tour experiences along the Westside Wine Trail so you can sip & shop safely and in style.
