Ingredients

5 ml (¼ oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream

30 ml (1 oz.) vodka

Allspice

Nutmeg

Piece of chocolate (optional)

Ice cubes

Method

  1. Rim an old-fashioned glass with a mixture of equal parts allspice and nutmeg.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the maple cream and the vodka. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with a piece of chocolate.

Maple Martini

Ingredients

30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream

30 ml (1 oz.) vodka

15 ml (½ oz.) coffee liquor

45 ml (1 ½ oz.) almond milk

A pinch of nutmeg

Sliced almonds

Cocoa powder

Ice cubes

Method

  1. In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the Cabot Trail Maple Cream, the vodka, the coffee liquor, almond milk and nutmeg.
  2. Shake vigorously for a few seconds to froth and tie the ingredients.
  3. Filter in a martini glass.
  4. Decorate with a pinch of cocoa and sliced almonds.

Ingredients

30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream

Hot coffee

Chantilly cream

Chocolate pearls (optional)

Method

  1. In a coffee cup or a toddy glass, pour in the Cabot Trail Maple cream.
  2. Top up with hot coffee.
  3. Garnish with Chantilly cream and chocolate pearls.

Orange Bliss

Ingredients

45 ml (1½ oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream

15 ml (½ oz.) orange liqueur

15 ml (½ oz.) Lot No. 40 Canadian Whisky

Nutmeg

Orange flavoured chocolate (optional)

Ice cubes

Method

  1. In an old-fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, combine all the ingredients, except for the nutmeg and chocolate.
  2. Stir well with a spoon.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg and garnish with the chocolate.

15 ml (½ oz.) orange liqueur

Method

In the following order, pour in a shot glass: Kahlua, Cabot Trail Maple Cream and orange liqueur.
