“A Christmas Cocktail Story” returns for another year of festive retro holiday celebrations
After a joyous first year of retro holiday celebrations with stiff drinks, insta-worthy décor, and nostalgic food, “A Christmas Cocktail Story” is coming back to Chinatown for another festive year with new cocktails, food, and even more memorable and over the top decorations.
This year, A Christmas Cocktail Story will take place Wednesdays to Saturdays in December from the 1st to 23rd. It will take over the Dalina space at 687 Main Street each evening with reservations beginning at 6:00pm and a last seating nightly at 9:00pm. Each pop-up ticket includes a welcome holiday drink, shareable fondue and holiday treats by Chef Karl Gregg of Rosie’s BBQ, and the guest’s choice of classic craft cocktails with a seasonal twist by Vancouver bartending legend Scotty Marshall.
While enjoying their cocktails and food, guests can snap selfies and group photos to their hearts content with over the over-the-top décor and photo points sure to find a place in holiday scrapbooks. This year, weather permitting, seating on Dalina’s covered patio will be available for an extra dose of winter wonderland fun and a perfect place to enjoy the hot cocktails on the menu.
Tickets are $40 per person including welcome drink, fondue, and choice of cocktail. Additional food and drink will be available a la carte during the event. Reservations can be made online now. For group bookings of 8 or more and holiday buyouts, please email eatbbq@nullrosiesbbqsmokehouse.com.
