Tutto Restaurant, Yaletown’s beloved destination for authentic Italian cuisine, is delighted to celebrate the addition of two respected leaders to its family: Executive Chef Andrey Durbach and Restaurant Director Patrick Corsi. Together, they bring decades of culinary artistry and hospitality excellence to the already-established Tutto team — united by a shared love for Italian cuisine and the joy of gathering around the table.
Chef Andrey Durbach, with over 40 years of culinary experience, is one of Vancouver’s most celebrated chefs. His global career has shaped a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine and a talent for reimagining timeless classics. Educated at UBC and the Culinary Institute of America, he has led some of the city’s most iconic kitchens, including Il Giardino, La Buca, and Impostori. A champion of authentic flavours, Chef Durbach blends classic Italian techniques with fresh, local ingredients to create dishes that are both comforting and refined.

Patrick Corsi, of Quattro Restaurants fame and a BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee, joins Tutto as Restaurant Director. Known for his genuine warmth and dedication to excellence, Corsi ensures every guest is welcomed like family and every visit celebrates the heart of Italian culture.
