Visitors to T. rex: The Ultimate Predator will encounter a massive life-sized model of a T. rex with patches of feathers—the definitive representation of this prehistoric predator.
From February 22-26, Science World will host its popular Girls & STEAM event! This FREE, action-packed week will provide engaging, future-focused opportunities for girls aged 14-16.
Visitors will get to dig in the dirt of an augmented reality garden bed, collect pollen from flowers, listen to the sounds of birds and frogs, play backyard-themed mini golf and interact with the science that’s all around them.
Our focus will remain on expanding STEAM learning across the province, both at the dome and virtually to those in communities that are typically underserved or more difficult to reach.
On February 11th, Science World debuts its newest exhibition Arctic Voices, presented by RBC with supporting partner Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.
