L’ABATTOIR AMONG THE 100 MOST ROMANTIC RESTAURANTS IN CANADA AS VOTED BY OPENTABLE DINERS, PREPARES THEIR VALENTINE’S DAY MENU
From pink bubbles to lobster and Wagyu right through to dark chocolate crémeux for two, the menu lives up to the title bestowed upon the Gastown restaurant
With just a few reservations left to fill on Valentine’s Day this year, the team at L’Abattoir have taken it upon themselves to create a menu that rises to their guests’ expectations of one of the countries most romantic restaurants.
OpenTable released their annual list of the 100 Most Romantic Restaurants on January 24th just in time for Valentine’s Day and ten Vancouver restaurants made the cut this year with L’Abattoir among them. The list is compiled annually based on over 500,000 reviews submitted by verified diners.
“Valentine’s Day is always a memorable evening at L’Abattoir and we’ve made the celebration a little more exceptional this year. We appreciate the recognition by OpenTable diners and we’re looking forward celebrating with our guests on February 14th,” says General Manager, Nick Bertoia.
The feature menu has been crafted for couples by Chef de Cuisine, Yoann Therer and Pastry Chef, Hilary Prince with wine pairings from Wine Director, Kristi Linneboe. Each course will be plated to share and will be priced a la carte with optional wine pairings.
