Delicious Cocktails to Enjoy a Maple Moment this Fall

AUTUMN EMBER
Ingredients
30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
15 ml (½ oz.) Ungava Gin
60 ml (2 oz.) sweet almond beverage
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
Light a cinnamon stick, extinguish the flame then place the smoking stick over the rim of the glass.
BOOZY BRUNCH
Ingredients
22 ml (3/4 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
15 ml (½ oz.) vodka
45 ml (1 ½ oz.) chilled espresso
45 ml (1 ½ oz.) 2% milk
2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) garam masala
Coffee beans
Preparation
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes, except for the coffee beans.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Strain into a cocktail coupe.
Garnish with a few coffee beans and a pinch of garam masala.
GOURMET PISTACHIO
Ingrédients
30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail Maple Cream
15 ml (½ oz.) spiced rum
Pistachio ice cream
Fresh mint
Chocolate flakes
Fresh raspberries
Preparation
Combine the maple cream and rum in a shaker.
Add a scoop of ice cream and a few mint leaves.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Place a second scoop of ice cream in a coupe.
Strain the contents of the shaker into the coupe around the ice cream.
Garnish with chocolate flakes, mint leaves, and a raspberry.
