WELCOME TO OUR VINEYARD & WINERY SERIES!
When you can’t visit the Winery we’re bringing it to You
Today we’re in the Therapy vineyard with our winemaker and viticulturalist, Jacq Kemp, to demonstrate and explain the how and why of pruning and tying down vines.
These particular vines produce the Chardonnay grapes for our barrel-fermented 2018 Chardonnay which won Gold in the 2019 BC Lieutenant Governor Wine Awards.
2018 Chardonnay
Made 100% from Naramata fruit grown on our 60 acre home vineyard, this is a beautiful example of a barrel fermented Chardonnay. 100% whole bunched pressed, this juice was allowed to undergo primary and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 36% of these barrels were new French oak aiding in the toasty/complex dimensions of this wine.
Was $34.99 Now $29.74 available online
PS. That’s not a bear in our vineyard pic above…it’s Angus, one of Jacq’s pups! He’s a Corgi Newfoundlander cross and quite the lover of treats.
See You Next Week!
