Thanksgiving is just around the corner and for many that means roasting a turkey and gathering with family and friends. As far as wine is concerned, turkey is a very versatile dish. You have so many wines to choose from. What wine to serve depends a little on what other side dishes will be served. Whatever the case, you’ll need a wine with some acidity – crisp and refreshing to counter the richness of the meal.
