HEARD THROUGH THE GRAPEVINE: THE SALTED VINE KITCHEN + BAR PLAYS HOST TO EXCLUSIVE FORT BERENS WINEMAKER’S DINNER, JULY 26

 

Tickets to One-night-only Event Include Four-Course Dinner and Select Wine Pairings from Lillooet’s Fort Berens Estate Winery

 

The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar‘s co-owners Chef Jeff Park and Director/Sommelier Pat Allan, will share the stage with award-winning Fort Berens Estate Winery when the downtown Squamish hotspot hosts a winemaker’s dinner on Wednesday, July 26 at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets to the one-night-only event, which is limited to 44 guests and pairs a welcome reception and four-course feast with an array of notable vintages hailing from the Lillooet winery, are available for $100 per person inclusive of taxes and gratuity.

Established in 2009 as the Fraser Canyon’s first commercial vineyard, Fort Berens Estate Winery has since staked its claim as one of Canada’s leading producers of fine wine thanks to its dedication to producing high-quality, terroir-driven wines. In 2014, the winery’s 2012 Cabernet Franc set the gold standard at the National Wine Awards of Canada, the All Canadian Wine Championships and the BC Wine Awards, while its 2012 Riesling was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Award of Excellence.
