Warm weather fare returns to Coal Harbour’s award-winning restaurant
With warm weather upon us, Tableau Bar Bistro is pleased to announce a brand new French-inspired spring/summer menu – now available for lunch and dinner.
Created by Head Chef Dan Vichitthavong, the new French-meets-west coast menu will include seasonal Fruits der Mer including the Petit Plateau (a two tier seafood tower) with house-made cocktail sauce, Cocktail de Crevettes and a Coquille St-Jacques.
New Plats Principaux creations include Truite Amandine made with fresh steelhead trout, almond, beurre blanc and pomme pavé, Frisée aux Lardons Salad made with lobster, poached egg, bacon and croutons and Pavé à la Provençale served with white beans, provençal vegetables, kale and roasted vegetable broth.
Known for having a fresh take on French fare, the restaurant will continue to serve Tableau classics such as Soupe à l’Oignon, Steak Tartare, Mushrooms on Toast and a daily, rotating Plat du Jour.
