The Sunday Farmer’s Roast has Arrived at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler

This January, SIDECUT Modern Steak + Bar at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is bringing back to brunch classics with a full, buffet-style Sunday Farmer’s Roast. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat feast, classic barn games and live music from some of the best local talent. It is sure to make Sunday everyone’s favourite day of the week.

A wintery twist on SIDECUT’s legendary summer BEER-BQ, guests will find an exceptional array of farmer’s breakfast classics and Sunday roast favourites – think eggs benedict and waffles to roast beef, bangers & mash, and Yorkshire pudding with gravy – topped off with the Resort’s famous donut wall.

“At a destination that celebrates its natural beauty, it makes sense to salute the bounty of our farmers,” says Eren Guryel, Executive Chef.

Make it a true Canadian experience by sampling some of British Columbia’s best breweries or head to the make-your-own Caesar bar. Manned by a Four Seasons expert cocktail bar staff member, guests can select the ingredients to make the perfect personalised Caesar.

“We wanted to make Caesars fun so decided guests should be able to be part of the process. They can select a spirit base consisting of local and abroad drops and from a range of classic Caesar garnishes – pickled beans, smoked olives, even SIDECUTs signature black angus steak rub as the rim. It’s like a pick your own Canadian adventure,” says Rob Kharazi, Head Bartender.

After lunch, challenge friends and family to classic barn games with cornhole and stump – a competitive nail and hammer game where the player with the last nail standing takes the glory.
