Boulevard Hosts Special Easter Sunday Services on April 21, Unveils New Weekend Brunch Dishes

BOULEVARD KITCHEN & OYSTER BAR HOSTS SPECIAL EASTER SUNDAY SERVICES ON APRIL 21, UNVEILS NEW WEEKEND BRUNCH DISHES

Exclusive Buffet Brunch, Prix-Fixe Dinner Take Centre Stage on Easter Sunday, New Brunch Additions Showcased Each Weekend

The exceptional service, cuisine and style of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will be on full display when the award-winning restaurant hosts exclusive Easter brunch and dinner services on Sunday, April 21.

Boulevard’s Easter Brunch Buffet is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $88 per person (or $49 for children ages three to 12) and offers: house-baked pastries; a variety of fresh fruit and salads; charcuterie and cheese; eggs Benedict and Nutella French toast; an array of fresh seafood such as West Coast oysters, smoked sablefish clam chowder and West Coast paella; carving stations featuring roasted leg of lamb and porchetta; and a selection of desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi.

Available from 5 to 10 p.m. for $68 per person, Boulevard’s Easter Dinner Service features a three-course prix-fixe menu that includes an appetizer of spring garlic velouté (side stripe shrimp, parsley, pita chips), main course of roasted leg of lamb (herb crust, lemon potato pavé, tzatziki, English peas, porcini) and rhubarb clafouti (butter sablé, strawberry ice cream, elderflower foam) to finish.

The downtown restaurant has also introduced new brunch menu dishes available every weekend from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Highlights from the new menu include: chowder vol-au-vent (flaky puff pastry, smoked black cod, local clams, potatoes, dill); French omelette (wild local shrimp, crème fraîche, cured salmon roe, dill); huevos rancheros (corn tortillas, sunny side up eggs, pico de gallo, guajillo chili sauce, braised smoked ham hock, avocado, cilantro); and avocado toast(smoked tomatoes, frisée, pickled cipollini onions, house-made focaccia, olive oil, Dungeness crab and prawns available as add-ons).
