The Lake/N’Ha-a-itk

In May, ‘The Lake’ opera was filmed here at Quails’ Gate. It tells the story of Susan Allison and the sacred spirit of  Okanagan Lake, now commonly known as Ogopogo. ‘Allison House’ here on the Estate is named to honour Susan and her husband, and was restored to preserve this heritage.

Meet in the Vineyard

This summer, you can experience Yoga in the Vineyard classes with Oxygen Fitness and Quails’ Gate wines. Or, dine among the vines with their Dinner in the Vineyard series to give you a true taste of the Okanagan lifestyle they are known for.

Every Tuesday evening in July and August, Quails’ Gate is partnering with their friends at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Westbank for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class overlooking the spectacular vineyards and Okanagan Lake views. Hosted at the Harvest Gathering site, then ending with a glass of Quails’ Gate wine on the Wine Shop’s deck.

Time: 6 PM to 8 PM

Price: $39 per person (all inclusive)

(In the event of inclement weather the class will be cancelled and a full refund will be given).

Brand New Patio

Everyone has been working hard to improve the patio at Old Vines Restaurant. From mid-June Quails’ Gate will be pleased to welcome you to their new covered patio. Now there are even more chances for you to enjoy those breathtaking vineyard and lake views as you savour delicious meals.

Early Summer Flavours

It’s the most wonderful time of the year with the Okanagan bursting with early summer flavours. Chef Roger Sleiman and his team have launched new lunch, dinner and afternoon menus.

The team will be following the seasons with regular menu changes to reflect the best the region has to offer.

Chef Meets BC Grape – Taste of the Okanagan

Stroll through winery grounds, tasting and sipping your way through the afternoon. The day includes tastings from 49 BC wineries plus masterclass wine education seminars, chef demonstrations, wine and food pairings and a variety of food stations prepared by the country’s top chefs, including Quails’ Gate’s own Chef Roger Sleiman.
