Special Valentine’s Day Dinners Debut This Winter at Phantom Creek Estates – Okanagan Valley

Phantom Creek Estates’, Okanagan Valley’s newest destination winery situated on the Black Sage Bench, hosts a February Dinner Series

The winery will host Valentine’s Day dinners on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14. Guests will enjoy a welcome glass of wine followed by an exceptional four-course wine-paired dinner featuring dishes such as mushroom risotto and bison tenderloin. Enjoying an intimate meal and a bottle of wine is one of the best expressions of love, and that is why, Phantom Creek is hosting multiple gourmet dinners during the month of February and created a special menu for Valentine’s Day weekend.

On Saturdays, February 6, 20 and 27 at 5:30 p.m., Phantom Creek will be hosting a gourmet three-course wine-paired dinner for $125 per person. Guests will enjoy a welcome glass of wine followed by dishes such as carrot tartare and braised beef. To make a reservation, please click here.

Additionally, Phantom Creek will be hosting a three-course wine-paired brunch on Saturday, January 30. Guests will be greeted with a welcome mimosa followed by delicious dishes such as squash and radicchio salad and potato waffle with rainbow trout.
