Led by General Manager and expert sommelier Robert Stelmachuk, Cibo Trattoria is hosting its second annual  “Bottle Royale” comparative wine tasting dinner featuring a varied selection of 10 handpicked pours from B.C. and around the world.  The evening’s accompanying menu, carefully created by Executive Chef Faizal Kassam, boasts inventive dishes designed to complement each tasting round.
