Starting this month in Sicily, our sommelier Matthew Landry has curated a diverse selection of wines befitting the diverse topographies and microclimates of Italy’s largest island. Chef Carlos Rodriguez, meanwhile, will be pairing each wine with updated takes on regional favourites.
Matthew was recently named 2019 BC Best Sommelier, and is a Vinitaly Italian Wine Ambassador, Valpolicella Educator and Wine Scholar Guild “Italian Wine Scholar” , He also manages the wine programs at our sister restaurants Fiore Famiglia and Stable House Bistro.
This culinary journey includes 3 course menu with wine pairings for $55/person. Food allergies and dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Regular menu available.

Located in South Granville and brought to you by the same group as The Stable House Bistro, Fiore is an Italian inspired restaurant with an intimate neighbourhood feel. Our focus is on simple Italian featuring traditional and non-traditional antipasti, hand-crafted pastas, roman style pizzas and several entrees using predominantly regional and seasonal ingredients.
Matthew Landry (BC’s Top 3 Somms 2017 & 2018) curates an always evolving Italian wine list and it’s easy to pop in for a quick bite at the 16-seat bar or have table service with family and friends. We also have a selection of local draft beer, classic cocktails and unique negroni lounge with 10 different variations of this cocktail.
