CELEBRATE LOCAL AT BC’S BIGGEST LOCAL FOOD AND DRINK FESTIVAL
Feast of Fields is FarmFolk CityFolk’s annual local food celebration and fundraiser, highlighting the contribution local chefs, restaurants, farmers, ranchers, fishers, food artisans, vintners, brewers and distillers make to our local food economy.
In 2019, the 11th Annual Okanagan Feast of Fields will be held at Caldwell Heritage Farm/Wiseacre Distillery in Kelowna on Sunday, August 11th. With wine glass and napkin in hand, guests are invited to taste, sip, and enjoy the local creations from British Columbia’s best local food and beverage providers, presenting a true reflection of the incredible offerings in their own backyard.
Guests meander around the fields, tasting delicious creations, listening to live music and bidding on silent auction items. This gourmet wandering harvest festival is Canada’s largest and longest running local food celebration, and over the past 25 years, FarmFolk CityFolk has hosted 58 Feasts at 40 different farms. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet the real stars of the show – the farmer, as both food and beverage presenters were invited to BYOF – Bring Your Own Farmer who will be working side by side with them in the tent.
New this year, a limited number of VIP packages are available, providing guests with the “Ultimate Feast Experience”, complete with VIP parking, private seating, a special chef meet and greet, gift bags and more.
