“In this series we bring you our #FavouriteThings Holiday Gift Suggestions which we personally recommend”
Sometimes a gift comes along that is so significant that it needs top billing. Today I am pleased to be able to endorse not one, but two, such gift giving suggestions.
This is the second of two foresightful opportunities to experience the nuances of fine wine in the comfort of your own home. This second in a series of two virtual experiences features Martin’s Lane Winery.
So here wine lovers, and those gifting wine lovers, is my personally recommended ultimate gift for the wine lover on your list, be they a confirmed BC wine connoisseur, or not yet thoroughly convinced, this gift will be treasured by all who receive it.
A three part series of weekly expressions of the intricacies of the wines of Martin’s Lane. In order of presentation; Single Vine Approach, On the Edge, and World Class Wines.
The series is hosted by Certified Sommelier, Andrew Cornell of the Iconic Wineries of British Columbia.
The architecturally stunning 100% “gravity-flow” winery is the most ambitious project to date for proprietor Anthony von Mandl and acclaimed American architect Tom Kundig. Carved into a steep hillside, the building is an expression of the raw, exposed environment. It is here where scarce quantities of world-class Pinot Noir and Riesling are produced that are drawing the attention of wine enthusiasts worldwide.
