WEEKEND BRUNCH BRINGS FRESH EUROPEAN FLAVOURS TO VV TAPAS LOUNGE

Wonderfully wallet-friendly, the new brunch items at VV Tapas Lounge range from CAD $6 to $15 with the exception of their perfectly shareable Breakfast Charcuterie Board – an extravagant selection of andouille sausage and bra duro cheese along with butter-dipped radish, mole pecans, pickles, olives, poached duck eggs, yogurt and jam parfait and house-made Nutella accompaniments – available for only CAD $20.

Sensory Symposium Salon Series at VV Tapas Lounge – February 24

On February 24th, the Sensory Symposium Salon Series at VV Tapas Lounge will host two all-star panel sessions exploring the issues facing local wineries and positioning this wine as “local” in the minds of Vancouver wine consumers. Throughout the evening, 8 different local wines will be sampled so the attendees can taste the unique terroir and award-winning flavours as the panelists speak to these issues.

Created for those who love good food and wine, the 55-seat eatery was designed by Vancouver based Nahal Gamini Design. The room immerses guests in a bright and modern setting, incorporating elements of the outdoors in with wood tables, a cork bar front,  greenscape wall, and a reclaimed wood 12-seater bar.
