On Saturday, June 24, 2023, the VSO Indigenous Council and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (VSO) will host The Path Forward
Zee Zee Theatre presents the world premiere of the fully-staged, female-led comedy, Unexpecting.
To artistically express the energy exuded by the restart of arts, entertainment and events in BC, the internationally acclaimed production staged a once-in-a-lifetime performance.
Spread throughout two buildings encompassing over 25,000 sq ft, each 1 hour tour is made up of 30 newly departed guests, who, after meeting with their Afterlife Caseworker, will be split up into two groups and sent out to search for the characters and clues needed to reach their next destination.

“Since they were re-discovered in the19th century, the Brandenburg Concertos have become one of the most adored and oft-played works of all time. In programming EMV’s 50th anniversary season, it seemed vital to include performances of this beloved complete collection of concertos by J.S. Bach,” says Mathew White

The Lake / n’-ha-a-itk will be the first and only Canadian opera on film. Greatly expanding the scope and reach of the 2014 live production, The Lake / n’-ha-a-itk film incorporates segments about the ongoing collaboration between Astrolabe Musik Theatre and Westbank First Nation.
